Cherry Cobbler Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
1 ( 22.5oz) can Cook’s Choice Cobbler Mix
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 ( 21oz) can of cherry pie filling (or any other flavor you prefer)
1 can of aerosol whipped cream
1 Cooks Choice 5in Better Baker edible Bowl Maker
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
1. Spray the bowl thoroughly with a cooking spray with flour.
2. Stir the batter mix and the milk in a medium to large mixing bowl.
3. Pour the mixed into the heavily sprayed bowl maker.
4. Fill only to the fill line marked on the inside of the bowl. This allows room for the batter to rise.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top of the cobbler bowl is a nice golden brown.
6. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes.
7. Turn the bowl maker upside down on wax paper. Shake the bowl maker slightly to loosen the cobbler bowl. Do not force the cobbler bowl out of the pan. You can beat lightly on the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon if you need to.
8. Once the cobbler bowl has slid out of the pan, turn it upside down.
9. Pour the filling mix in a small sauce pan and warm slightly then pour the filling mix into the cobbler bowls.
10. When the cobbler bowls have cooled completely decorate with whipped cream and serve.
Tip: The cobbler bowls may be made ahead and warmed in a microwave, then decorated just before serving.
